This week you demonstrate mastery of everything we've studied in Cycle 6. You will show what you know about plate boundaries, seafloor spreading, volcanic systems, and Earth's interior β€” and how they all connect to one big idea: Earth's interior heat drives everything that happens on the surface.

  • Week 1 β€” Plate Boundaries & Seismic Patterns: Three boundary types (divergent, convergent, transform); mantle convection drives plate movement; earthquakes cluster at boundaries (Ring of Fire, Mid-Atlantic Ridge).
