9+ years across data engineering, education, research, and organizational leadership — beginning as a classroom teacher, growing into data systems and organizational leadership roles at the district and state level, and returning to Kairos as the architect of the production analytics platform. Each role added new technical or institutional responsibility; the technical and instructional work now sit in one role.
Middle School Science Teacher (Grade 6)
